Spring is here… time to rev the motors and join your fellow Porsche enthusiasts for a fun-filled day at PHP Specialists, 1039 S. Joplin Avenue in Joplin, Missouri on Saturday, April 13th from 10AM to 1:30PM. Owner Matt Pietro is opening his shop for this gathering, a Multi Region Flat Six Festival. Ozark Lakes Region is hosting this event and we are also inviting our friends from White River, Ozark, War Bonnet and Cimarron Regions. Everyone is welcome! The day starts at 9:00AM as we launch down I-44 from Springfield MO to Joplin, starting at Buc-ees, 3284 Beaver Road, Strafford, MO 65757. Or you can join us at the venue at 10AM for Tech Talk with owner Matt Pietro of PHP including a demonstration dyno run of a 2006 Porsche Cup Car. There will also be a Tech Quiz and a fun People’s Choice Concours. The Ghetto Taco Truck will be on-site to satisfy your culinary cravings, and we will cap off the afternoon at 1:30PM with a driving tour through some of the best twisty roads in southern Missouri as we work our way back to Springfield. The event itself is FREE, just buy your own lunch at the food truck!
